Went here the other night after visiting Oakridge. Knowing it was AYCE, my expectations weren't high. We were just hungry and there isn't much else nearby.
Service was initially prompt, but lacked any personality. After ordering we were warned about having to pay for any food not eaten (like other places). Once our food started coming it became clear that our order was cut back as many items were either smaller than what was requested or never arrived at all.
Also, I have never seen sushi with so much rice in it in my life. This is the oldest trick in the book. Anyway, we got what I expected. I haven't got a clue as to why people are giving this 4 stars and why anyone would sit in line for this (like we did).
Samurai across from Oakridge is very busy too, but there is a good reason for that (by far the most generous portions)
