very average, not a memorable meal

Kisha Popo is a very average middle of the road restaurant. It is by no means top quality and you won't want to rush back soon, I am sorry to report. It is certainly not a Tojo's, yet it is still miles better than your average Tokyo Joe's. I've eaten from their all-you-can-eat lunch and dinner menus several times and have enjoyed slightly above average Japanese food on all occasions. The negitoro roll was like a negitoro roll, the chicken teriyaki tasted just like chicken teriyaki, the miso soup was miso soup...you catch my drift. While I was annoyed that the oyster motoyaki has microscopically tiny oysters, well, what did I expect? Kisha Popo's strengths lie in its almost bland predictability. Don't go if you expect anything more.
