A consistantly good all you can eat sushi place

My wife and I are avid Japanese food patrons as we eat sushi 4-8 times per month.

Tokyo Ichiban, in our opinion, rates pretty high. I have returned here many times (even while still finding others) without disappointment.

SERVICE: Bar none. We have tried both AYCE and a La Carte menus. I have always been treated the same respectfull way. People must like them as it is the same staff for as long as I can remember; always a line-up to be seated.

FOOD: As in most AYCE joints, the quality is what you can always expect, ANYWHERE. However, much can be said for the a la Carte menu. Huge difference. Temaki, Sushi, sashimi, beef tatake and hot-foods are just a few fantastic examples.

AMBIANCE: admittedly, a bit dated but hey, I've seen nice appointed places without food to match. The decor here underpromises, but over-delivers.

OVERALL: a great bang-for-the-buck outfit. The repeat line-ups can't all be wrong.
