The food is average. I had the lunch AYCE twice and it was the same both times. Rolls were ok loaded with a lot of it was rice but I find that a common problem in AYCE places. Hot food items like karaage and gyoza came luke warm like they had been sitting on a hot plate for a while. Overall, not very good food even though it was a cheap deal ($11 per person) but it did fill me up.

The service was slow and kind of rude. Everyone there is quite rushed and some items take forever to come.

The ambiance is nice that they have the tatami rooms but the lighting and the whole atmosphere of the place is definitely not as nice as it could be.

Sadly, I don't think I will be returning as there are much better places in Richmond to eat.
